This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27.04.2016 (hereinafter GDPR) and the provisions of the Ley Organica de la Proteccion de Datos de Caracter Personal (LOPDGD) 15/1999 and its amendments and the Decreto Real 1720/2007, and is also based on the provisions of Directive 2002/58/EC, as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC, on Cookies. This information can be found on the home page of the website www.themagicibiza.com.
This information is provided only for the website www.themagicibiza.com and not for the other websites that the user may consult through links included therein and managed by third parties and, therefore, shall in no way be held responsible for the processing of data collected through access to these third party websites.
The purpose of this information notice is to provide indications on how the site is managed and the data that the data controllers must provide in accordance with current legislation, and it may be amended if legislative changes occur.
This site is reserved, even for browsing only, to persons who have reached at least sixteen years of age, in accordance with Article 8, paragraph 1 of the GDPR. The processing takes place at the head office in Ibiza.
The processing is carried out both manually and, principally, electronically for the sole purpose of processing and in such a way as to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and security of the data collected, as required by the regulations in force. The establishment collects data independently (when booking online from its website and when receiving guests).
3.- LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The legal basis that applies to the processing of data is the consent of the person concerned, which is requested from time to time and is separate from the consent obtained when booking online and registering with the hotel.
4.- PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING METHODS AND PURPOSES.
Each section described below allows the collection of data for the specific purpose: failure to complete the fields marked as compulsory (highlighted with an asterisk) will correspond to a failure to provide the data and thus prevent the service requested from being provided.
Your personal data subject to the provision of multiple hospitality services at our facilities will be collected by Mia Rigo and its technical partners, will be recorded and processed on paper and/or by electronic means and may be stored in special databases and will not be used for any other purpose, other than those required by current Public Safety regulations;
· ***Page ‘Contacts’ – the profile of users requesting information via the ‘Contacts’ page will be used for communication purposes related to the individual request obtained from Mia Rigo;
Users’ data will only be stored for as long as strictly necessary, and in any case for no longer than 10 years.
Use of cookies: the data collected (country of origin, details of pages visited and length of stay within the aforementioned pages) will be used for statistical and market studies and research – please refer to the specific information notice. Your data will not be “disseminated”, nor will it be published or communicated to third parties, either in Italy, within the European Union or outside the EU, while it may be made known to Mia Rigo staff who have received the appropriate training and to its technical partners, sealed by compliance with the GDPR as they are appointed and listed under External Managers.
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site will not result in the acquisition of the sender’s address and any personal information entered therein. This data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user and will not be collected and stored, releasing the site owner from any liability for any inaccuracies.
In the event of withdrawal of consent or in the event of an objection to processing, the user’s data will be deleted.
In the event of any change in the user’s data, it will be the user’s responsibility to request that they be updated by sending an email to the email address info@themagicibiza.com undertakes not to use personal data reported as inaccurate until the inaccuracy has been rectified.
The data of persons browsing the Site or registering through forms on the Site will be processed lawfully and used exclusively for the purposes indicated in this notice, pursuant to Article 6 of the GDPR.
The data will be processed for the following purposes:

· To respond to requests for information or further details received by filling in the contact forms or otherwise present on the site, also with reference to requests for authentication;
· To fulfil legal obligations.
Freedom to grant consent, consequences of refusal, duration of data retention.
· Contact – the provision of your data is optional. However, in the event of refusal to grant consent for the purposes indicated, we will be unable to provide you with a response. The data received will be kept for 6 months.
· Cookies – the collection of data in aggregate mode is automatic and linked to navigation on the pages of the site. If you do not want this to happen, you must stop browsing the site or you can proceed to change the configuration and options available through indications on the page.
Since it is a website, the www.themagicibiza.com website also makes use of computer systems and log files in which information collected automatically during user visits is stored and whose transmission is implicit in Internet communication protocols. 5.- SOCIAL NETWORK SUPPORT AND PLUGS
The site contains social network plugins intended for easy sharing of content on the user’s favourite social networks. 6– RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY REFERRED TO IN ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF RGPD (GDPR) 679/2016.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site or the sending of CVs spontaneously sent will not result in the acquisition of the sender’s address.
